Terms & Conditions
- Access to the Pre-Conference workshop and Live Surgery is contingent upon the availability of slots.
- Accommodation for two nights at Villa Nautica Resort, inclusive of bed and breakfast, will be provided on the 11th-12th September 2024.
- The cost of transportation from the airport to the resort will not be covered by ADK Hospital.
- Expenses for items and activities that are not utilized by the delegate will not be reimbursed.
- Registration Fees will be collected via online payment. Link for online payment will be shared upon Registration.

- Acceptance of the above terms and conditions constitutes a legal binding contract under Maldives law.
- The organizer accepts no responsibility for the views or opinions expressed by the speakers, and moderators or any other persons at the event.
- Participants are required to abide by the local Maldives law and local customs.
- Please note that delegates with inappropriate attire might not be allowed into the conference venue.
- The organizer will put in utmost effort to ensure the accuracy of the information presented online in regards to the program, speakers, and participants. However, the organizer will not be liable in the unexpected event that a speaker does not attend the conference.
